Free holiday activities in Fitzgibbon park

A MORNING of free school holiday activities will be held in Fitzgibbon next Wednesday, September 20.

The event will be held in Hidden World Playground from 9am-noon and will include activities for all ages, Street Science workshops, free face painting, craft and games.

The School Holiday Fun Day is being hosted by Bracken Ridge Ward Councillor Amanda Cooper.

"This event will allow local families to enjoy a fun morning in the park with lots of free activities for all ages and I am proud to be able to host this event through funding obtained by the Lord Mayor's Suburban Initiative Fund.

"We are excited to have local businesses and community groups involved, including Street Science and the Bracken Ridge Library.

"We are also pleased to have Jabiru bringing their pop-up Playbus to the event, which will provide interactive games for everyone.”

Hidden World Playground is located 411 Roghan Road, Fitzgibbon.
