BRACKEN Ridge Plaza is undergoing a $4.1million refurbishment which is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

The shopping centre on the corner of Telegraph and Norris Roads was built in 1994 and is owned by ISPT and managed by JLL Pty Ltd.

A JLL spokesperson said, "Bracken Ridge Plaza is undergoing a much-needed makeover which includes brand new amenities, improved natural lighting, and upgrades to interior and outdoor dining areas.

"The works also include the reconfiguration of the car park to improve traffic flow and ease parking.”

The Plaza's website said the refurbishment also includes the replacement of mall tiling, upgrading ceiling treatment and the replacement of external paving, with the majority of construction works taking place overnight.

"The refurbishment is an indication of the landlord's commitment to loyal and long-standing customers, providing a modern, convenient shopping experience,” the spokesperson said.

The spokesperson also said new tenants would be announced closer to the refurbishment launch.
